Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy Age > 18 years old No chronic disease no probiotic supplements or probiotic foods used before study no fetal anomaly Patients agree to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use antibiotics during research There are side effects of probiotic drug use Other treatments(insulin)

HOMA-IR, fasting blood sugar, fasting insulin level weeks 0 and 4 after at least 12h of fasting blood samples

Maternal weight gain, pregnancy outcome 4 weeks after intervention, at delivery scales
