Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients affected by moderate-to-severe psoriatic plaques. 2. Stopping topical therapy other than emollients within the previous 2 weeks. 3. Stopping systemic immunomodulating or immunosuppressive therapy within the last 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Patients with history of photodermatoses or skin cancer 3. Patients with history of photosensitivity
