18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post SCI duration > 6 months Paraplegia LEMS ≤ 5/25 Maintain upright position > 2 hours Can follow gesture command

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: On spinal orthosis Neck and shoulder pain interfering shoulder movements Passive shoulder flexion or abduction less than 120 degree Recent injury of shoulder girdle Structural deformity of spine (kyphosis, scoliosis Upper extremity amputation Hemiplegia Hypertensive urgency (BP>180/110) or Febrile (Fever T >38.5 degree) Recent acute coronary syndrome or dyspnea on exertion Vertigo Blindness both eyes Pressure ulcer at ischium
