Group C drank 100 ml reconstituted yogurt with probiotic L. rhamnosus SD11 once daily for 3 month,subjects were randomly assigned to group A or B or C or D&#44
Group D drank 100 ml reconstituted yogurt once daily for 3 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects are 12-14 years old good general health condition subjects have dental caries ≤ 2 teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were i systemic diseases related with immunity problem or severe chronic diseases ii allergy to cows milk, lactose intolerance, severe food allergy iii systemic antibiotic medication taken within 2 weeks iv habitual consumption of probiotics and xylitol

decrease oral pathogen (persistant and side effect) at the end and 3, 9 months after end of the intervention cariogenicpathogen evaluation, immunity in saliva
