Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i Subjects had to have good general health condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i never consume cows milk or cows milk product ingredient ii allergy to cows milk or lactose intolerance severe food allergy iii habitual consumption of probiotics IV systemic antibiotic medication taken within 2 weeks V systemic diseases relate with immunity problem or severe chronic disease VI dental caries more than 4 teeth VI behavior lacking of cooperation
