Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years old or older Diagnosed APA according to an Endocrine Society practice guidelines1 Underwent unilateral adrenalectomy in KCMH from 2006-2016 Had adrenal tissues for DNA sequencing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with postoperative persistent hyporeninemic hyperaldosteronism
