Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Healthy patients who need root canal treatment -teeth without periapical lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systematic diseases or allergic reactions, Previously root canal treatment performed, Periapical lesion, swelling or sinus tract, Severe periodontal disease, The presence of periodontal pockets more than 3 mm in the corresponding tooth.
