70 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: body mass index less than 23 kg./squared meter good cognition and be able to sign consent form no contraindication for bioelectrical impedance analysis no chronic kidney disease with estimated GFR 60 mL/min. or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having oral nutritional supplement or nasogastric tube feeding Gout or hyperuricemia Refuse to receive bioelectrical impedance analysis or sign consent form Taking drugs or herbal medicines or any kind of hormone that may affect muscle mass and strength. Taking anti-osteoporotic drugs
