Inclusion criteria: patient exceed 18 year-old patient admitted at ED of songklanagarind hospital patient was drawn blood sample and was sent for lactate level AG BE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient under 18 year-old patient wasnot drawn blood sample and wasnot sent for lactate level AG BE
