Interventions

The nipple length was measured at antenatal care clinic. The mothers with short nipple were diagnosed. The mothers with nipple puller use were taught and practiced at the second trimester. The method
placing the nipple puller on areola area&#44
releasing pressure out of the bulb compression&#44
waiting for 10 minutes&#44
opening and allowing air pass into the contact area. The nipple puller was lost of negative pressure and came out of the breast. The mothers had to use nipple puller twice a day. After birth&#44
the nipple length was measured again in the same way at the first day postpartum.,The nipple length was measured at antenatal care clinic. The mothers with short nipple were diagnosed and followed up
the nipple length was measured again in the same way at the first day postpartum.

14 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The pregnant women attended antenatal care clinic without complication including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperthyroid, hypothyroid, cardiac disease, sexual transmitted disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, other autoimmune disease or previous preterm delivery history and had at least one short nipple.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The pregnant women had multiple pregnancies

Improvement of NASH and metabolic parameters 12 weeks measured all fat area, visceral fat area, subcutaneous fat area and girth by semiautomatic software ,Improvement of body composition 12 weeks Body weight, Body mass index, waist circumference, visceral fat to subcutaneous fat ratio in non-contrast CT scans,Improvement od metabolic parameter 12 weeks HOMA-IR, Leptin, adiponectin and TNF-alpha
