Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI 23 kg/m2 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who received body acupuncture, ear acupuncture or any medication for body weight reduction during the recent two weeks 2. diabetes mellitus, adrenal and thyroid diseases
