Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Initial Cuff Pressure and Rate of Cuff Pressure Rising After intubotion 15,30,45,60,90,120 mins and every 1 hr until extubotion Intra Cuff Pressure is measured by manometer of the time after intubotion, 15,30,45,60,90,120 min

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
post operative sore throat/ hearsness Before the patients is discharge from PACU and 24 hr after extubotion Follow up the patients with a structured question to assess the symptom sore throat/ hearsness
