Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age > 18 years old. Suspected of peritoneal disease from CT/MRI features showed one of these following findings peritoneal nodules, plaques or sheets of soft tissue in the sub-hepatic area, anterior abdominal wall, paracolic gutter and cul-de-sac, stranding around and thickening of the omentum (omental cake), and thickening, stranding and distortion of the mesentery with or without presence of ascites
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncorrectable coagulopathy, esophageal obstruction, undetectable target lesions by EUS, poor ECOG score (>2) signifying being unfit for EUS procedure, intervening tumor in puncture site, and pregnancy.
