Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients who participated an eye screening project by the department of ophthalmology, Suddhavej hospital, faculty of medicine, Mahasarakham university.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patient who reject to be enrolled, has a low response rate to the questionnaire interview, and has a physical limitation to an eye examination in fully upright position.
