6 Months to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children with quadriplegic spastic CP, age 6 months to 18 years, who were admitted with acute respiratory -tract infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pneumothorax&#44; rapidly progressive chest infection&#44; decreased oxygen saturation <92% even after oxygen supplementation more than FiO2 0.6 and subjects who had contagious diseases
