Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) poor sleep quality and allow for this study 2) Can communication in Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Poor ADL 2) Depression score PHQ9 > 13 3) MMSE positive
