Fluconazole 200 mg oral single dose,the participant get treatment for vaginal candidiasis with standard regimen(Fluconazole200mg oral single dose) combine with apply 1% gentian violet 1ml vaginal

Age
18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: female who diagnosed of vaginal candidiasis by wet preparation and include immunocompromised host
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - pregnant - female who has history of fluconazole allergy - female with liver disease - female who has history of recurrent vulvo/vaginal candidiasis (at least 4 times per year) - female who has vulval candidiasis
