The ovarian tissue was fixed immediately with 10% neutral buffered formalin / 4% paraformaldehyde and used for fresh histological analysis(wouldn&#39
t undergone vitrified cryopreservation).,Ovarian tissue would undergone vitrified cryopreservation&#44
which all three incubation steps were not consisted of GHH in vitrified solutions.,Supplemented with 50 ng/ ml of GH(Eutropin&#44
LG) in the vitrified solution.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The patient has a benign ovarian cyst confirmed with ultrasound and the treatment plan is to undergo a unilateral oophorectomy or bilateral oophorectomy by laparotomy or laparoscopy between 25 Januaray to 30 March 2017 2 Informed consent by the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 During the operation the cyst looked malignant or suggested malignant from frozen section 2 The surgeon considered that for the benefit of the patient the surgery should be converted from oophorectomy to cystectomy only 3 The ovarian cortex retrieved is not appropriate for the size of 2 x 2 x 0 1 cm which may be caused by the size of the cyst
