Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with gastrointestinal complaints, who had been diagnosed with the H. pylori infection both stomach and oral cavity using the standard method of PCR, regardless of the duration or severity of their illnesses, or whether those illnesses may have been combined with other diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who had taken antibiotics and/or proton pump inhibitors within four weeks prior to sample collection
