Interventions

Practice walking meditation 30 minutes/day&#44
3 days/week for 4 weeks. The walking meditation is a slow walking with paying attention to the movements of the legs and feet and also focusing your mind on the movements. ,Practice by stand on the an
left and right. Pulling in each direction 15 times/set&#44
3 sets/ day&#44
3 days/week for 4 weeks.,Practice by sitting on a chair. Then doing an active free exercise of the ankle by dorsiflexion&#44
plantar flexion&#44
inversion and eversion. Each direction of the ankle movement 15 times/set&#44

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Got unilateral chronic ankle sprain not less than 6 months before enrollment. Cumberland Ankle Instability score is less than or equal to 27 points. BMI is 18.5-24.9 kg/m2. Never practice walking meditation or exercise the lower extremity with theraband.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Got the histories of bilateral ankle sprain, fracture of ankle joint, knee tendon/ligament injury, or balance disorder from other medical conditions.from
