Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: in PKP : patients with age more than 18 years old who performed PKP and had graft clear, no irregular surface and scare.They could measure endothelial cell density, no active sign of graft rejection and inflammation at the time of examination In none -keratoplasty : patients who had never done PKP who had data of endothelial cell density and pachymetry
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: for PKP group are included patient with younger than 18 years old, with one or more sign of graft rejection, irregular surface, opacity of the graft that obscured endothelial cell density counting, and corneal scar For none - PKP group were patients under 18 years old, patients with corneal guttata, irregular surface, corneal opacity or scar, patient who had or history of corneal infection, uveitis, immunocompromised patient, patient who had the endothelial examination were not clear enough to count endothelial cell density.
