Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forty Wushu athletes will be recruited from UTAR, Malaysia. All participants should meet the criteria of being free of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and metabolic diseases, as well as any mental disorders. They will be screened using a demographic questionnaire, their medical history, and the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects that suffer from Joint pain Cannot understand English
