Group A drank 3 g reconstituted milk powder with probiotic L. paracasei SD1 once daily for 6 month.,subjects were randomly assigned to group A or B&#44

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects had to have good general health condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i habitual consumption of probiotics ii systemic antibiotic medication taken within 6 weeks iii allergy to cows milk lactose intolerance severe food allergy and iv systemic or severe chronic diseases
