Inclusion criteria: - CP patients age 7-16 years old - Forearm pronation deformity - Wrist flexion deformity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Fixed joint contracture with joint arthrosis - Insensible hand - Prev upper-extremity surgery
