Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Reflux symptom index >13 with Reflux finding score >7 and symptom more than 1 month 2. No history of Treatment before 3. Accept in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic disease as Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Chronic kidney disease, etc. 2. History of allergy to baclofen, omeprazole 3. Deny in research 4. Pregnancy
