Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 15- 80 years old Intubation time > 12 hours and suscessful weaning Admit at Surgical ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prgnancy Tracheostomy Do-not-Resuscitate Orders
