Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant singleton women at gestational age 16 to 28 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. age less than 18 years 2. history of prior preterm delivery 3 multifetal pregnancy 4. cervical mass 5. delivery status cannot be obtained
