Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have at least 2 episodes of hyperalphalipoproteinemia defined as HDL-C level more than 100 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic alcohol assumption more than 0.5 g/kg of body weight nephrotic syndrome end stage renal disease with renal replacement therapy cirrhosis receiving HMG CoA reductase inhibitor, fenofibrate, insulin, estrogen, niacin, steroid, and phenytoin pregnancy and lactating
