Surgical treatment was performed with open reduction and internal fixation with the Philos® plate. The degree of bone healing,
the range of motion in shoulder,
necrosis of humerus head,
and nerve damage were evaluate 6 months later in follow-
up using the Constant score

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria consisted of age between 18 to 80 years and referral within the first 10 days after fracture
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of metastatic tumors were excluded
