Age

18 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 18-42 with regular menstruation defined as 9 or more menstrual cycle per year 2. Menstrual interval 21-35 days 3. At least 1 patent fallopian tube 4. Husband of more than or equal to 15 million mobile sperm per ejaculation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abonrmality of endometrial cavity detected by TVS, HSG or SIS 2. Sex hormone treatment in previous 3 months
