40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 40 years 2. Pain 4-12 months 3. No pain at rest 4. Pain more than 3 cm. 5. Pain end range of motion of shoulder 6. Passive range of motion in external rotation less than 50% and decrease range of motion more than 25% in abduction, forward flexion or internal rotation 7. Non pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture of shoulder 2. Acute inflammation 3. Loss sensation 4. Cancer or infection 5. Neck pain and refer pain to shoulder and hand 6. Open wound 7. On cardiac pacemaker
