Participants in the experimental group will receive the psychoeducational program based on Satir Model in each week of the first five weeks (60&#45

and using iceberg question
session 3 and 5 emphasize the relationship management to balance
session 6 focus on self&#45

25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Parents aged 25-65 years old 2) Fluent Thai communication 3) Primary caregiver of a child with autism or ADHD. By living in the same household with the child. 4) Life Congruent score at relatively low or lowest, and the level of parenting stress index is moderate to high.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Active psychological symptoms or poor concentrate on communication. 2) Receiving psychological treatment from specialists with mindfulness therapy or cognitive and behavioral therapy or stress management program in different ways. 3) Unable to attend complete sessions.
