35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male and female patients with aged 35-65 years 2) The participants were patients being diagnosed as type II diabetes and had 1- 10 years of receiving continuous treatment at the diabetic clinic of Sakon Nakorn Hospital 3) Has HbA1c level exceeding 7 mg/dl. 4) Has no DM complications that could trouble practicing the program i.e. End stage renal failure, Myocardial infarction, Heart disease, Disability or paralysis, and chronic depression. 5) Free from anemia or short-lived red blood cells, such as thalassemia. 6) Has no iron- deficiency anemia and not a pregnant woman. 7) No physical disability that could hinder practicing meditation movement, i.e. bent spine, retractable leash body that cannot lie down, sit and stand. 8) Has no psychiatric disorder. 9) Receiving treatment with oral hypoglycemic drugs 10) Not smoking or drinking alcohol 11) Willing to participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who had asthma or any illness during the experiment period which might affect the meditation practice. 2. Those who received medication adjustment due to the increase of blood sugar level. 3) Those who did not comply with the experiment procedure. 4) Those who wanted to withdraw from participating the experiment at any time.
