20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Female participants aged 20-50 years -have the risk of nonspecific neck pain -use the computer in daily > 4 hours in daily -conducted physical examination with pain in palpation of the lateral epicondyle and positive pain in resisted movements against wrist extension related to forceful activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant, present pain above 6/10 of VAS within last 3 months, present sign and symptom of neurological and spine problem of the neck, have signed of psychological disorders, have chronic diseases which that were limited to exercise.

visual pain baseline and the F/U assessment use the visual analog scale (VAS),neck movement baseline and the F/U assessment use the cervical range of motion (CROM) device,pain pressure threshold (PPT) baseline and the F/U assessment use the digital algometer on upper Trapezius,self-efficacy baseline and the F/U assessment use the self-efficacy questionnaire

Self-awareness baseline and the F/U assessment Interpret the qualitative data from daily log book,stress and anxiety conditions baseline and the F/U assessment use the questionnaire of Thai-Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (Thai HADS),perceive neck pain in daily living baseline and the F/U assessment use the questionnaire of Thai version neck disability index (NDI-TH).
