Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological reported CIN 1 or low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) or HPV infection of cervix 2. age 18 years old or above 3. Understand in Thai language 4. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cervical lesion involved more than 75% cervical surface area 2. Unsatisfactory colposcopy 3. Endocervical involvement 4. Pregnancy 5. Prior treatment of CIN
