Inclusion criteria: elective major abdominal surgery Physical status classification 2 or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: gynecological surgery trauma patient sepsis respiratory failure acute renal failure arrhythmia thrombocytopenia coagulopathy open chest
