Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First kidney transplantation 2.Being prescribed MMF 1.5 g/day with tacrolimus and prednisolone as maintenance immunosuppressive agent to prevent allograft rejection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.More than one organ transplantation 2.Positive cross match 3.ABO-incompatible blood group 4.Panel reactive antibody (PRA) more than 50% 5.Patient who require treatment other than that those in KCMH protocol for kidney transplantation which may interfere MPA pharmacokinetics 6.Systemic infection 7.Hypersensitivity to MMF, tacrolimus, or prednisolone 8.History of bowel or intestine surgery 9.Liver dysfunction (AST > 65 U/L, ALT > 65 U/L, total bilirubin > 1.4 mg/dL, direct bilirubin > 0.3 mg/dL) 10.Being prescribed any concomitant drug as follow: sevelamer carbonate, rifampicin, magnesium or aluminum-containing antacids, cholestyramine, norfloxacin and metronidazole
