after lunch supervised tooth brushing with fluoride toothpaste and twice a year 5% sodium fluoride varnish

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children having at least one dentine caries (ICEDAS score 4-6) without sign and symptom of irreversible pulpitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children who are not cooperate with SMART procedure.
