Inclusion criteria: Preterm<32weeks gestation who was born iat Ramathibodi Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Placenta previa or accreta and cord problem Major congenital anomalies Hydrop fetalis Twin to twin transfusion syndrome Parents refuse to join the project
