The subjects were divided in 3 groups as follows: G1 – exercise intensity set at 30% of 1 RM (repetition maximum) with Blood flow restriction (BFR)
G2-
exercise intensity set at 30% of 1 RM without BFR
G3-

65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age above 65 years without regular physical activity for at least 6 months with sarcopenia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly people with bone, joint, muscle or neurological problems that prevent the accomplishment of the exercises, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, Smoking, cancer, diabetes mellitus, autoimmune diseases.
