Patients were treated with post dilution online hemodiafiltration 3 times/week for 4 hours per session.,-
first 4 weeks: patients were treated with HCO HD with hemoperfusion (HP) once a week and 2 times of HCO HD/week.
-
next 4 weeks: patients received HCO HD with hemoperfusion once in 2 weeks,
2 times of HCO HD in HCO HD+HP week and 3 times of HCO HD in the next week.
In HCO HD with HP,
two steps were performed: the first step was HCO HD + HP treatment for two hours with blood flow rate (BFR) 200 ml/min,
dialysate flow rate (DFR) 800 ml/min then the next step we removed HP and continued HCO HD with BFR 400 ml/min,

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ESRD on hemodialysis at King Chulalongkorn memorial hospital at least 1 year. 2. Age between 18-80 years. 3. Residual renal function less than 100 ml/day. 4. Vascular access flow more than 400 ml/min. 5. On regular HDF 3 times/week and Kt/V more than 1.2. 6. NO intradialytic hypotension at lease 2 weeks before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infection, malignancy or cardiovascular disease. 2. Pregnancy 3. Contraindication for anticoagulant.
