receiving 5 mg hyperbaric bupivacaine 0.5% + 25 mcg fentanyl intrathecal,receiving 7.5 mg hyperbaric bupivacaine 0.5% intrathecal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age> 65 years elective urological surgeries ASA classification II-III spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known hypersensitivity to fentanyl , bupivacaine and xylocain communication problem deformities of spinal column skin infections at block area abnormal coagulation profile BMI >35 kg/m2 unwilling to accept spinal anesthesia inadequate block
