Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elderly with more than 2 teeth in oral cavity elderly with ADL 0-4 caregiver in krabi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: elderly cannot open his/her mouth elderly with allergy to oral health care product or disclosing agent caregiver who denied for participation caregiver who have hearing or talking problem caregiver who cannot communicate in Thai language
