Interventions

We plan to monitor quality of chest compression by using R Series monitor&#45
defibrillator (ZOLL Medical Thailand). We will close a real&#45
time feedback function of this monitor during this phase and resuscitate OHCA patients as standard of care.,We plan to monitor quality of chest compression by using R Series monitor&#45
defibrillator (ZOLL Medical Thailand). Our providers will see their quality of chest compression during CPR.
Before using real time feedback CPR,After using realtime feedback CPR

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Out-of hospital cardiac arrest patients which resuscitated in emergency room Siriraj hospital - Resuscitation is more than 2 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Traumatic arrest - Not using R Series monitor-defibrillator (ZOLL Medical Thailand) during resuscitation. - Do not resuscitation (DNR) patients
