Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy patients Bilateral impacted lower third-molar No Systemic diseases No history of allergic reaction to local anesthesia No history of blood coagulation defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Couldn't removal both impacted third-molar
