18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: term paturients undergoing normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy wound grade 2 or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of acetaminophen/tramadol allergy operative vaginal delivery abnormal fetal presentation indicated for cesarean section delivery multigestation reject to participate complication of episiotomy painless labor known major underlying disease
