Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healty patients with tooth requiring root canal treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systematic diseases or allergic reactions Patients taken analgesics until at least three days Previously root canal treatment performed Severe periodontal disease The presence of periodontal pockets more than 3 mm in the corresponding tooth
