18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ≥ 18-years old Thai, in-patients receiving colistin methanesulfonate 2. Hemodynamic stability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preexisting stage G4 or G5 chronic kidney disease 2. Receiving acute hemodialysis within 24 hr after an initiation of colistin methanesulfonate 3. Pregnancy
