Interventions

Thiamine is a vitamin B1. We give 100 mg of thiamine intravenously every 8 hours for 7 days to patients. ,Normal saline is an intravenous fluid.

18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: &#45; Adults > 18 years old &#45; Post cardiac arrest patients with successful return of spontaneous circulation &#45; unconsciousness (Glasgow Coma Scores < 8)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45; No informed consent from next of kins &#45; Palliative care patients &#45; Unconscious patients or vegetative patients before cardiac arrest &#45; Need thiamine treatments by physician
