18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healty patients with tooth requiring root canal treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with systematic diseases or allergic reactions 2 Patients taken analgesics until at least three days 3 Previously root canal treatment performed 4 Swelling or sinus tract 5 Severe periodontal disease 6 The presence of periodontal pockets more than 3 mm in the corresponding tooth 7 Periapical radiolucency
